I am super excited to invite you to….

the HOT MESS tour - Navigating Midlife & Menopause - with me and the wonderful Petra Bagust.

Yes, we are touring the country (on a small scale, to start with) to bring you an empowering, laugh-out-loud and deeply insightful evening covering all things midlife and menopause.

The night is about hosting the important convos for women navigating midlife and menopause (and those who love us!), blending humour, heart and practical wisdom.
