We're back with more Hot Mess

Going on tour again to different towns... we'd love to see you

I have never thought of myself as an entrepreneur... my aspirations are really not about bigger, bigger, more. But I guess I have been self-employed for years now, and still at it, and still paying the bills, so perhaps I am more entrepreneurial than I thought?!

This has been on my mind lately as I embark on an entrepreneurial partnership with two other wonderful wāhine, Petra Bagust and Lou Giles: the second round of our speaking event tour, Hot Mess.

This is just us three: we are doing the thinking and the planning and the organising and the promotion and the logistics and the staging and the ticketing and the travel and the booking AND getting up on stage and doing the talking on the night. We’re doing it all - including funding this thing - and we are loving it.

Now we’re at the stage of: hustling! We need to sell tickets, and lots of them, so we can actually pay our bills at the end of this thing. Which is where you come in. We would LOVE to see you at one of our events, and even better if you can bring your mates and/or your mate! We have deals for groups and for those who BYO bloke.

You’re not just supporting us; you’ll get lots out of it, I promise. We will dig deep into menopause and perimenopause and midlife and aaaaaallll the gnarly stuff that comes along to keep us awake at 2am in this season of life. You’ll come away feeling seen, supported and (I hope) uplifted and inspired as well. And you’ll have had a few laughs along the way as well.
